wel today was my first ever workout. At a gym. They gave me a personal trainer to work out a schedule to halp me get the weight I need to achieve. Which was great she piad me so much attention. I loved it./ Theexcerisewas great and although I felt knackered it was a good type of knackered, you know cos i felt like i was working to wards getting the fugure want.

They have wall to wall mirrors which was great cos looking at myself made me push myself harder. I joined all teh classes i couldsqueeze in and took a bunch of kids swimming :D I feel like I am gonna get there and that makes me feel amazing

I seem to have settled into a routine which my mom fucked up. She came in and handed me dortitos *which I used to scoff* and then got annoyed cos I wasnt eating them, She sat and waited til I did. BITCH. Anyway that was my cals blew for the day. Then she said to me There is more in kitchen if you want:( grrrrrrr. I will not eat more.

Other than that the diet is going good, Am averageing around 500 cals a day:) and thats good for me

I was annoyed yesterday as all i had to eat was 2 bowls of pasta. Dry, no sauce, no flavour and It was more calories than I want to ingest. I'm starting to get used to the hunger pangs and they feel sort of comforting. Is that insane? Anyway I am amazed at my will power, even if i slipped a jellybaby into my mouth, licked it and spat it out. lol how pathetic eh!!!!

ANyway there is so much chocolate and crisps around my housethats its like temptation island and I have only done the jellybabies slip up. I am kinda proud of myself. Who knew I had wil power.

Well we started a new community and yes there is probably too many as it is but this felt right. so many of the communities are for one group of dieters. Ours is for all of them

okay fat news first, today i ate very liuttle and was amazed how much I missed going to the fridge. Ive been over eating and doing NO excerise yet am suprised that i am getting overweight. big shocker. I ate a spoonful of noodles, not a diet thing lol just tasting my kids noodles. melons and strawberries in a bowl, a hamburger roll and potatoes and sausage for dinner. I have also shock horror had about 6 rivita's lol. So havent eaten much at all. I have stopped drinking gassy juice aswell. Hope this starts to work. i did alot of extra walking today and even took my neice out :)

life news.

Well I seem to have acquired a crush. On my kids football instructor. he is so nice looking and its weird but he makes me blush just looking at him. he has a great ass too ;)

He really is a nice guy though, swoon worthy but right now I am in no place to act on feelings that arent returned. I wont delude myself into thinking they are either. Which is fuelling my diet plans actually. Although for the first time in ohhh maybe EVER i stood on scales and cried like a baby at what it said. Sad, woes me lol
